OT client services is founded by outsourced recruitment specialists, linking a network of offices across Europe and Asia. We originally developed a research resource outside the UK to fulfill our own CV selection needs.

In launching OT client services we extended our capacity to take care of the same need for our clients – we now handle the CV research process for recruitment agencies across UK and Scotland.

OT client services supports teams of demanding consultants, we like them that way. Ours is a responsive service and we expect our clients to be exacting in their demands – the more each consultant tells their researcher, the better the candidates they get.

Our clients have tightly focused CV selections delivered online and work with dedicated research teams, without the expense of hiring in-house.

We employ graduates with expertise in a wide range of industry sectors, and train them with the Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC).

The team selected for each client stays with them, building a close understanding of their needs. We build long-term relationships and offer the flexibility to meet short-term needs.

 


What OT client services can do for you






How many of my consultants can make online searches?
For each client account we allocate up to ten user accounts, including an optional three administrator accounts.

Is there a limit to the number of searches I can make?
No. You can make unlimited searches during your contract period.

Which databases will you search for me?
Whichever you prefer. We can search all major job sites and databases, or can search your internal database.

How do I send in my requirements?
Using the secure client service area of this website: your consultants upload job requirements with easy-to-use online forms designed to capture job specifications.

How do I access my results?
Simply log in to the client service area to download CVs for candidates matching your requirements on the following business day.

Will I be able to contact OT client services staff during my CV searches?
Yes. You will have an account manager in the UK, who you can reach by phone or email. You contact your researcher by email or submit feedback online.

Will I be able to access my account history online?
Yes. The secure account area displays an archive of all searches and results conducted in the previous three months – so that you can view your success rate across each quarter.

How do I access my results?
